- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with LMS security features.

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or data.
5. Learning Content
- All course materials, assessments, videos, documents, and resources are the intellectual property of the organisation or its licensors.
- Content is provided solely for your personal learning and development.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
6. Assessments and Certification
- You must complete assessments honestly and without assistance unless the course explicitly allows collaboration.
- Any certificate or completion record issued through the LMS is based on your individual performance.
- The organisation reserves the right to revoke certificates obtained through misconduct.
7. System Availability
- The organisation aims to provide continuous access to the LMS but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
- The organisation is not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or access issues.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal data collected through the LMS will be processed in accordance with the organisation’s Privacy Policy.
- Data may include learning progress, assessment results, login activity, and profile information.
- You consent to the organisation using this data for training administration, compliance reporting, and platform improvement.
9. Third‑Party Services
- Some courses or features may link to third‑party websites or tools.
- The organisation is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third‑party services.
10. Prohibited Behaviour
The following actions may result in suspension or termination of access:
- Cheating or academic dishonesty.
- Uploading harmful files (e.g., malware, unauthorised software).
- Harassment, abusive behaviour, or inappropriate communication within the LMS.
- Misuse of discussion forums, messaging tools, or collaborative features.
11. Termination of Access
The organisation may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Misuse the system.
- Are no longer eligible to participate in the training programme.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the LMS and delete any downloaded materials.
12. Changes to the Terms
The organisation may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the LMS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Disclaimer
The LMS and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The organisation does not guarantee that:
- The LMS will be error‑free or secure.
- Course content will meet your expectations.
- Completion of training guarantees employment or qualification.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisation is not liable for:
- Loss of data.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Any issues arising from your misuse of the LMS.
